Summit County is receiving reports of significant pandemic-related unemployment fraud. ODJFS recommends people take the following steps if they feel like they may be a fraud victim: • Access ODJFS fraud page at jfs.ohio.gov/fraud and click on the Unemployment Insurance Claimant” button, which will take the victim to an online form to fill out • Call 1-800-686-1555 and press Option 1 • Fax information to 1-614-752-4808 • Send ODJFS an email to ucbenprotest@jfs.ohio.gov Employees can contact Deb Matz at 330-643-8052 or dmatz@summitoh.net if they believe they are a victim.
